TAS observed that in the Zimbabwean market, there is a shortage of professional development courses tailored to help participants to gain competencies and develop professionally, in Accounting. Professional development is critical as standards are everchanging. TAS, therefore, responds to cover the gap by developing short courses. These courses are designed for a specific standard or need which arises and have the objective of ensuring that participants gain the awareness and sometimes competence in addressing the need identified.
